If you need to provide us with a Telstra bill showing a detailed call history, the following instructions will show you how.
Note
You will need a valid Telstra username and password to access your account online. If you haven't logged into your Telstra account online before, you may not have these details yet. If that's the case, please call Telstra on 132 200 (Customer Care).
If you know you did have your details but have lost them, you can use the "Forgotten our username or password?" option to retrieve it on the login page https://www.my.telstra.com.au/myaccount.
The following instructions apply to consumer accounts only - not business or enterprise accounts. Detailed call history is available for business or enterprise accounts but the login page and process of downloading is slightly different to the instructions below,
Step 1
Open up your Internet browser and go to the login screen at https://www.my.telstra.com.au/myaccount.
Step 2
Your browser should show a screen that looks something close to the image below.
Note that the Telstra website design may change at anytime, but the main thing is that you can see a username and password area to enter your details.
Step 3
Enter your valid and current Username and Password and press the button.
Step 4
You will now be logged in and able to see a screen similar to the following showing the services and/or devices on your particular account.

Click on the Bills & payments link (tab) towards the top of the page that looks like this:

Your browser should show a screen that looks something close to the image below.

Look for the View detailed bill link in the middle of the page and click it:

Your browser should show a screen that looks something close to the image below.
Step 9
Towards the right hand side of the page, look for the Full itemised usage - CSV link as circled below and select it.
Step 10
Telstra will then create a detailed call log of the last 30 days outgoing call history including date of call, time of call, duration, etc and prepare a CSV (comma separated values) text file that is downloaded.
Note: The Internet browser web page will not refresh, only a file will be downloaded.
Step 11
Locate the CSV file on your computer so you can send this via an email to support@avorra.com or the Customer Success staff member who requested this information.

Log out of your Telstra account.
