I am trying to create a new account using an email address I have already used

Avorra supports two types of accounts:

• Organisation account
• User accounts

At any given point, you can have only ONE organisation account which is linked to an email. This email is unique for each organisation account and cannot be reused. 

However, you can have multiple user accounts belonging to the same organisation. Even here, the email is unique for each user account and cannot be reused.
