After setting up your organisation on Avorra, it is recommended to update the basic organisation details.
Note: You must have “Admin” role rights to make any changes to the organisation details. For more information on user roles, see User roles.
To update the organisation details, follow these steps:
Step 1 - Accessing the Organisation tab
After logging onto Avorra, the tab can be accessed by using the option.
Step 2 - Updating the details
On the details page, you can update the following details:

Organisation profile |
Enter your organisation name and you can also upload a picture that represents your organisation. |
Entity details |
Set the entity or registration details of your organisation. ❖ Legal name - Enter the legal name registered for your organisation. ❖ Entity type - Select the entity type associated with your organisation. The following options are available:
❖ Entity number - Enter the entity or registration number associated with your organisation. ❖ Registered address - Enter the complete address of your organisation. |
Contact details |
Enter the basic contact details of your organisation. ❖ Postal address ❖ Contact number ❖ Contact email ❖ Website |
Ensure that the details entered are correct and click
The organisation details will be updated on Avorra.
