Users can join Avorra after an Administrator or Manager invites you to an organisation.
For more information on inviting users, see Inviting users to join Avorra.
Once the initiation has been sent, follow the steps below.
Step 1 - Accepting the invitation
Open the email sent to you by Avorra which has the invitation.
Note: If your computer is configured by default to open an Internet browser other than Google Chrome, you will need to right-click on the email link in the email invite, choose "Copy link address" and paste the link into a Google Chrome tab to continue.
Step 2 - Setting up your log in
One the invite link from the email invite has opened, you will need to enter a password.
Note: You cannot change the email address at this stage. See Updating your account login email if you'd like to change this later.
Step 3 - Setting up your profile
Next, you enter your profile details such as First and Last name, your Position (title) in the organisation and your mobile phone number (with country code prefixed).
Ensure that the details entered are correct and click
Your account will be set up and you can start using Avorra.
The features that you have access to, depends on the user role assigned to you by your Administrator or Manager. For more information on roles, see User roles.
